Partnership Program Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Shark Life Media Partnership Program (the "Program"). By applying to the Program, checking the consent box on the signup page, or referring anyone using a Program tracking link, you ("Partner," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply to or use the Program.

What the Program is

The Program lets you earn commissions by referring people who buy eligible Shark Life Media products, including Just Make The Phone Ring, the On-Demand Revenue Engine, and The Engine Room coaching. We may add or remove eligible products at any time. The current list always lives in your Partner Portal.

Becoming a Partner

You apply through our signup page. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, and we may remove a Partner from the Program at any time under Section 11. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to join.

Your tracking link

Once approved, we give you one or more personalized tracking links. A sale only counts as your referral when the buyer reaches our checkout through your tracking link, or another attribution method we set up for you, within the attribution window shown in your Partner Portal. You may not alter, disguise, or strip the tracking parameters from your link.

Commissions and payout

4.1 Commission rates

These are the commission rates in effect as of August 14, 2026:

"First commission" is the commission on the customer's first payment. "Recurring commission" is the commission on every payment after that, for as long as the customer stays subscribed. Just Make The Phone Ring is a one-time purchase and pays a single commission per sale.

Commission is calculated on the price the customer actually pays, after any discount or coupon, and before any tax, shipping, or payment-processing fee. Product prices change from time to time, and your commission is always the percentage above applied to the price paid at the time of that purchase.

Recurring commission stops when the customer's subscription ends, for any reason. It does not continue after a cancellation, a failed payment that is not recovered, or a downgrade to a product that is not on this list. If a customer moves between products on this list, your commission follows the product they are actually paying for.

Only the products listed above earn commission. Any Shark Life Media product that is not named in this table pays no commission unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

4.2 Changes to the rates

We may update these rates from time to time. The Rate Schedule shown in your Partner Portal is always the version that governs, and this page is updated to match it. A change applies going forward only, from the date we make it. We never reduce a commission rate on a sale that has already happened. For a recurring commission, a rate change applies to payments made after the change, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

The attribution window, the minimum payout amount, and the payout schedule are set out in your Partner Portal when you enroll.

4.3 When we do not pay

We pay commissions only on completed, non-refunded, non-charged-back purchases. If a buyer cancels, refunds, or charges back a purchase, we deduct the related commission from your next payout. If there is no next payout, you owe us that amount back.

We do not pay commission on your own purchases, on purchases made by a business you own or control, or on a purchase where the buyer was already an active customer or an open opportunity of ours before your referral link was used.

You are responsible for giving us accurate payout information. We are not responsible for a payout that goes to the wrong place because you gave us the wrong details.

Taxes

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn through the Program. If your earnings require us to send you a 1099-NEC or an equivalent tax form, we will ask you for a completed W-9 (or W-8BEN if you are outside the United States) before we pay you, and we may withhold payment until we have it.

What you can and cannot do

You may promote Shark Life Media using the marketing materials in the Partner Toolkit and your tracking links, through channels like email, social media, your own website, and word of mouth, as long as you follow every rule below.

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email ("spam"), or send any message that would violate the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA, or a similar law.
• Bid on "Shark Life Media," "On-Demand Revenue Engine," "Just Make The Phone Ring," "Mia AI," or any confusingly similar term in paid search, or register a domain using our names or a confusingly similar variation.
• Refer yourself, or create accounts to generate commissions on your own purchases.
• Make an income, results, or earnings claim about the Program, about Shark Life Media, or about our products that we have not given you in writing to use.
• Misrepresent your relationship with us. You must disclose that you are a paid affiliate wherever you promote us, whenever required by the FTC's endorsement guidelines or an equivalent law.
• Use deceptive, misleading, or "black hat" traffic methods, including bots, incentivized clicks, cookie stuffing, or paid traffic that misrepresents itself as organic.
• Alter, edit, or create your own versions of our marketing materials without our written approval.

A violation of any rule in this section is grounds for immediate removal from the Program under Section 11, forfeiture of unpaid commissions tied to the violation, and, where the violation caused us harm, a claim against you for that harm.

Confidentiality

Your Rate Schedule, your Partner Portal data, the Partner Toolkit, and anything else we mark confidential are for you only. Do not share them with anyone outside your own business.

Our marks and materials

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Shark Life Media names, logos, and marketing materials we provide in the Partner Toolkit, solely to promote the Program during your time as a Partner. You get no ownership in our marks or materials. This license ends the moment you leave the Program, and you must stop using our marks and materials at that point.

Independent relationship

You and Shark Life Media are independent parties. Nothing in these Terms makes you an employee, agent, joint venturer, or legal partner of Shark Life Media, despite the word "Partner" in the Program's name. You have no authority to bind us to anything.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all, through the Program. Your results depend on your own effort, audience, and market. Results shown by other Partners are not a promise of your results.

Ending your participation

Either of us may end your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If we end it for a violation of Section 6, we may withhold commissions tied to that violation. Otherwise, we pay out commissions you already earned on the normal payout schedule, for referrals made before your participation ended, as long as the underlying sale is not later refunded or charged back.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Rate Schedule at any time. We will post the current Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to refer people or accept commissions after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, your only option is to stop participating in the Program.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Program, the Partner Portal, and the Partner Toolkit are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Shark Life Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the commissions we owe you under Section 4.

Indemnification

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and damages if a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or misrepresented us while promoting the Program.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with your Rate Schedule and any signed Partner Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Shark Life Media about the Program, and replace any earlier discussion or agreement about it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a Term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your participation in the Program to anyone else without our written consent.
